Adventures in Downtown Olympia
I had the pleasure of being hired by the adorable and beautiful Alexis. It was such a joy to work with her, we had such a great time exploring new places in the beautiful downtown Olympia.
It was a tad rainy on the day of our session, so quick thinking led us into a small atrium that hosted a tea stand right outside of Encore Chocolates & Teas located at 116 5th Ave SE Olympia, WA 9850. A kind, sweet man that ran the stand made us the best green tea I have ever tasted. He also hooked us up with a tasting of their homemade hot chocolate, REAL, delicious and a bit rich hot chocolate. We only had little tastes but it was delightful!! If you have the opportunity to take a trip there, please do!
After our tea, the rain had let up a bit so we took the opportunity to roam a bit around the streets.
We made our way up to the adorable vintage store, Dumpster Values at 302 4th Ave E, Olympia, WA 98501. This place is a total hidden gem. The ladies working the counter were incredibly friendly and the vibe in the store was awesome. We really had a great time playing with their beautiful vintage collections.
I had one more spot in mind for our session, so we headed down the street to Browsers bookshop. This was a great spot to play around with lighting and posing with props.
As you can see we had a good time in this fantastic place.
